FORGE TRIBE COMMUNITY TERMS OF USE (Skool-Hosted)
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Community: FORGE TRIBE on Skool (the “Community”)
Admin/Provider: Emberstone Ridge, LLC (“FORGE TRIBE,” “we,” “us,” “our”)
How these Terms work with Skool’s Terms
This Community is hosted on the Skool platform. Your use of Skool’s website/app and platform services is governed by Skool’s Terms and Conditions and policies (the “Skool Terms”).
These FORGE TRIBE Community Terms of Use (“Community Terms”) are a separate agreement between you and FORGE TRIBE that governs:
-
your access to and participation in this specific Community,
-
your relationship with FORGE TRIBE as the community admin/provider, and
-
Community-specific rules, content, conduct, and moderation.
Incorporation: By joining or using the Community, you agree to the Skool Terms and these Community Terms.
Conflict rule:
-
If a term in these Community Terms conflicts with the Skool Terms about Skool’s platform services, the Skool Terms control as to Skool.
-
If a term in these Community Terms sets stricter Community rules (e.g., eligibility, conduct), the stricter Community rule controls for participation in FORGE TRIBE.
Skool is not a party: Skool is not a party to these Community Terms and is not responsible for FORGE TRIBE content, programming, or member interactions.
