Forge Tribe is a Christ centered brotherhood for men who want formation, not hype. It’s a place to practice truth, presence, and commitment with other men who are walking the same road.
What is The Crucible?
The Crucible is a 40 Day Christ Centered formation journey delivered inside the Forge Tribe community. It’s designed to reshape identity, restore clarity, and train you to stay present in the fire.
How do I join and get started?
Start here: Join Forge Tribe Community (The Crucible lives inside the community).
Once you’re in, take your first 10 minutes and do three things:
- Read the pinned Welcome post
- Introduce yourself (1 to 3 sentences)
- Find Day 1 and bookmark it so you can always return
What’s the daily time commitment?
Plan for 20 to 30 minutes a day:
- Read or listen to the day’s teaching
- Open Scripture (guided)
- Respond with prayer and reflection prompts
- Post a quick check in (a sentence or two is enough)
Do I have to post every day?
You’re strongly encouraged to. Posting a short check in builds accountability and momentum. You don’t need to be impressive. You just need to be honest and keep showing up.
A simple format:
- What stood out today
- What it exposed in me
- What I’m choosing to do with it
What if I miss a day?
Don’t spiral. Don’t quit. Don’t “wait until Monday.”
Just do this:
- Pick up with today’s post
- Circle back to the missed day when you can
- Keep moving forward
Consistency beats intensity. Presence beats performance.

Yes in the sense that the group is contained, and confidentiality is expected. Share wisely and honestly. Speak like a brother, not a critic. No flexing, no posturing. Just truth and presence.
