The Crucible is an invitation to step out of the static and submit your life to a daily rhythm of prayer, Scripture, commitment, and brotherhood, so what is true can take root again.

We need a rule of life, we need brothers, and we need a focused season that forges what’s true into our bones. The Crucible is that season and FORGE TRIBE is the floor where we walk it out together.

What is Forge Tribe?
Forge Tribe is a Christ-centered brotherhood for men, built on Truth, Brotherhood, and Commitment under Christ. It’s a free community where men follow Jesus with structure, rhythm, and other men — instead of alone.
What is The Ascent?
The Ascent is our fall formation season: a 40-day journey through the Sermon on the Mount, September 14 – October 23, 2026, walked with a Fire Team of men you invite. Learn more on The Ascent page.
What is a Fire Team?
A small band of 3–5 men who walk a season together — daily one-line check-ins and a weekly Fire Pit conversation. You build yours by inviting 2–4 men you already know and trust. Forge Tribe does not randomly assign men to Fire Teams.
How much time does it take?
During a formation season, plan for about an hour a day — steady and focused. Between seasons, the daily rhythm of Scripture, prayer, and reflection continues at whatever depth you carry it.
Do I have to post or speak?
No. You’re not required to perform online. But you are expected to engage in a real way: follow the rhythm and stay visible to your brothers so you’re not doing this in isolation.
Is there a cost?
No cost. Forge Tribe and The Ascent are completely free. When you request access, a moderator will review and approve you quickly.
What if I fall behind?
You don’t quit. You return to the rhythm. The tribe will help you get back on track. Consistency matters more than perfection.
