About FORGE TRIBE
Built for Men Who Carry a Lot
Forge Tribe is a Christ-centered brotherhood for men who are tired of doing faith alone.
Most men don’t drift because they lack information. Men drift because they carry life in silence. Work, family, responsibility, temptation, and pressure all stack up, and self-sufficiency starts to look like strength.
Forge Tribe exists to put men back where they were always meant to be: walking with God, shoulder to shoulder with brothers.
Men Are Makers (And That’s the Point)
Men have a kind of creative power, the power to build or burn with the same hands.
What men believe shapes what men build:
- homes and marriages
- businesses and teams
- habits and addictions
- culture in a living room
- legacy in a family line
Forge Tribe is for men who want to make formation a priority. Not as a phase, but as a way of life. Because the goal isn’t to become a “better man.”
The goal is to become a man remade in Christ.
The Pillars We Stand On
Forge Tribe is built on three pillars. Simple. Demanding. Life-giving.
Truth
Scripture leads. Honesty shapes the man. No pretending. No hiding behind performance.
Brotherhood
Men are known, prayed for, and strengthened side by side. Isolation loses its grip when men step into the light together.
Commitment
We show up. We stay. We practice obedience over time, because formation doesn’t happen in moments, it happens in rhythms.
These pillars have carried us when motivation didn’t. They’ve held us when life got heavy. And they’ve helped us learn to live from God’s presence instead of our own pressure.
The Crucible
The Crucible is the on-ramp for every man in Forge Tribe.
It’s a 40-day digital formation journey built to help men step out of small, false scripts, those shaped by shame, success, failure, or numbness, and into the epic story God is writing in Jesus.
This isn’t just information. It’s formation.
A daily encounter with God’s Word, God’s presence, and a few trusted brothers. That way the Gospel doesn’t stay “out there,” but becomes the core of who a man is.
Inside The Crucible, men walk through the full arc of Scripture. Creation to New Creation, and learn to recognize the default stories men live:
- the self-made hero
- the passive spectator
- the defeated orphan
Then men learn to live a different story: redeemed in Christ, adopted as beloved sons, and sent into the world with strength and clarity.
How Forge Tribe Started
Forge Tribe began when Joe and a few close friends started meeting regularly, talking honestly about who Jesus is and why He matters in real life. Over time, Scripture, prayer, and simple discipline exposed the lies they were living under and opened a path into deeper freedom.
As the vision grew, Joe connected with his friend and former Army chaplain Pete, and with the support of Joe’s pastor, John, The Crucible took shape. Built around the biblical pattern of “40 days” as a season of testing, encounter, and transformation.
What started as one small circle became a brotherhood. Other men were hungry for the same thing: real faith, real formation, real brothers.
How We Gather
Forge Tribe isn’t built around hype. It’s built around habits.
FIRE PIT (weekly)
A weekly gathering where men minister the Gospel to one another through Scripture, confession, prayer, and presence.
FORGE PRAYER (every other Wednesday)
A dedicated time to seek God together and intercede for one another.
Fire Teams and Local Tribes
Small circles and local connections where brotherhood becomes embodied in real life. Not just online.
An Invitation
Forge Tribe is for men who are willing to be honest enough to admit:
the story they’ve been living isn’t enough.
If a man is ready to stop carrying life alone…
ready to stop managing God while gripping control…
ready to step into truth, brotherhood, and commitment…
Then it’s time.
